More reasons to stay.
More reasons to come back.
Club AXO puts a digital kiosk on your floor at no cost to you. Guests sign up right there, and from that point on your venue earns from that account, whether they're at the bar or on the couch.
What walks out your door
You already have the regulars. Right now they only pay you while they're standing in your building.
Slow Mondays. Guests who close out after one round because there's nothing to stay for. A bar people like but don't think about again until the weekend. And if you've ever hosted a cash-operated unit on your floor, you know what the nightly count costs you in headaches, and that it stops earning the second the guest stands up.
How it works
Four steps.
Nothing to buy, nothing to lease, no monthly bill. You provide floor space and an outlet.
We install it
We deliver, set up and connect the kiosk at no cost to you. It stays ours: we own it, we service it, we replace it if anything goes wrong.
They sign up at your location
A guest walks up and has an account in about a minute. That account is linked to your venue from the moment it's created.
They keep using it
On your kiosk tonight, on their phone tomorrow. Same account either way, and it's still linked to you.
You get paid
Your venue earns a share of the revenue tied to accounts created at your location. Payments come on a set schedule, and your rate is in your location agreement. We'll walk through it on the call.
The part that's different
Everything else you've been offered stops earning the moment the guest walks out the door. This doesn't.
Everything else is a one-night stand. Guest walks out, relationship over. Club AXO is built the other way around. What earns for you isn't the night they visit. It's the minute they sign up, because that minute links them to your venue for good.
First touch is permanent
When a guest creates their account on your kiosk, your venue is credited with that account and stays credited. Not for the night. For good.
It follows them home
Same account, whether they're back at your place Friday night or on their phone at ten on a Tuesday morning. Still linked to you either way.
And it points back at you
Promotions tied to your venue put your name in front of them and give them a reason to walk back through your door.
Why owners say yes
It earns while you're off the clock.
The things owners ask us about, answered.
Income you don't work for
A share of the revenue tied to your location. No inventory to buy, no staff hours, no equipment cost, no maintenance bill.
Safe, there's no cash in it
Nothing to steal, nothing to skim, nothing to count. No float, no drop box, no reconciliation at close. Every transaction is digital.
Checked before it ships
We confirm fit for your state and your license before anything is installed, and the kiosk runs on a platform with published terms. If it isn't a fit where you are, we tell you first.
Nothing sold at the kiosk
Nothing is sold or handed over at the kiosk, so there is nothing for your staff to handle and nothing on your counter. Guests sign up, and everything else happens on the platform.
They come back for it
Club AXO rewards showing up, and venue-tied offers put your name in front of regulars, so picking your place on a slow night is the easy choice.
It sells food and drinks
Guests who stay for one more round order one more round. The kiosk keeps the seat occupied, and every extra minute is one more drink or one more appetizer on the ticket.
Better with friends
Boost Club rewards friends who show up together. Friends bring friends, and a table of four stays a lot longer than one person alone.
Try things and see
Run a promotion for your venue, say an appetizer on the house for anyone who signs up tonight. Watch what it does, change it next week if it doesn't work. You find out what actually moves your business instead of guessing.
Check it from your phone
See how your kiosk is doing from anywhere: home, the lake, the other location. You never have to be on site, and you never have to call a technician.
Versus what you've been offered
Keep the revenue. Lose the headache.
If someone has already walked into your place with a piece of equipment and a handshake, here's the difference.
The usual offer
- Cash-operated: a nightly count and a target on the wall
- Earns only while somebody is physically standing at it
- No idea who visited, so when they walk out they're gone
- Your staff ends up as the unofficial techs
- Looks like it was installed a decade ago
- Paper receipts, paper problems
Club AXO
- Fully cashless, nothing to count, nothing worth breaking into
- Keeps earning after they walk out the door
- Every guest is an account, and that account is linked to your venue
- We install, monitor and service it, and nobody on your staff gets a phone call
- Looks like it belongs in your place, not a back corner
- Nothing sold at the kiosk, and nothing on your counter
Where it fits
If people already wait around, it works.
Anywhere guests watch the big screen, wait on a table, or close a tab slowly is a good place for it. We start small on purpose. One kiosk, then more when the numbers say so.
What we need from you
Four things, and none of them cost money.
A spot people walk past
Smaller than a high-top table. Near the bar, by the host stand, or wherever people wait.
A standard outlet
That's the only thing you plug in. No special wiring, no dedicated circuit.
Your Wi-Fi, or ours
Your Wi-Fi works fine. If you'd rather not share it, we bring our own connection.
Twenty minutes with your staff
Once. After that they point at it and say 'sign up right there.' That's the whole job.
The part owners worry about
Straight answer on what this is.
What it is
- A digital kiosk owned, installed and serviced by Club AXO, placed in your venue under a written location agreement.
- Guests create an account at the kiosk, and that account stays linked to your venue.
- Your venue earns a share of the revenue tied to your location, on the schedule in your agreement.
- We confirm fit for your state and your license before anything ships.
What it isn't
- No cash goes into the kiosk. No cash comes out of it.
- Nothing is sold or handed over at your venue. Everything beyond sign-up happens on the platform, off your premises.
- Your staff never handles a transaction, a dispute, or a guest question.
- Nothing sits on your books. You don't own the equipment and you don't run the platform.
Straight answers
Owners ask these first.
Is this going to be a problem for my liquor license?
Nobody puts cash in and nobody collects cash at your venue, and nothing is sold at the kiosk. Whether it's a fit in your state and under your license is the first thing we check, before you sign anything and before anything ships to you.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Nothing to buy, no lease, no monthly fee, no service charge. We own the kiosk and we carry the cost of it. What you earn and how you're paid are set out in your location agreement, and we'll walk through both before you sign.
How much work is this for my staff?
They point at it. That's the job. Your staff never checks anything, never handles a transaction, never opens it, never counts anything, and never troubleshoots it. Sign-up and support happen on the kiosk or with us.
How do I earn anything if they're using it at home?
That's the whole idea. Getting someone signed up at your location is the valuable part. Once their account is linked to your venue, your location shares in the revenue tied to it wherever they use it. A cash unit gives you one transaction. This gives you the whole relationship.
What if it doesn't work at my place?
We'll tell you. We review performance early, and if the placement is wrong we move it. If the location isn't a fit we take it out. A dead kiosk in your corner is a worse outcome for us than it is for you.
What happens if it breaks?
We usually know before you do, because the kiosk reports its own health to us. We repair or replace it. It's not your problem, not your cost, and not your phone call.
Can I see how it's doing?
Yes, from your phone, wherever you are. Sign-ups and how your location is performing, without asking anybody for a spreadsheet.
What do guests actually do on it?
They sign up in about a minute, then use the same account on the kiosk or on their phone. The social side is what brings them back: Boost Club rewards friends who show up together, your venue can run its own promotions, and guests collect the places they've been. It's built to feel like part of the night out, not a box in the corner.
