Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Club AXO LLC ('Club AXO,' 'we,' 'us') collects, uses and shares information when you visit the Club AXO venue partner website at axoblitz.com (the 'Site') or submit an inquiry or application through it. It applies to this Site only. The Club AXO consumer platform has its own privacy policy and terms, and those documents govern use of that platform. This Site is a marketing and inquiry site for venues only; it is not the consumer platform.
The short version. We collect what you give us in the application form and the usual technical data every website collects. We use it to evaluate your venue, respond to you, and, if you opt in, text you about your application. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit the application form, book a call, or contact us, you may provide your name, company or venue name, phone number, email address, city and state, venue type, number of locations, and anything you choose to write in the notes field. If you communicate with us by phone, text or email, we keep those communications.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site may collect technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This may be collected through server logs, cookies, or similar technologies. See Section 6 for more on cookies and analytics.
Information we do not collect on this Site
This Site does not process payments, does not ask for financial account details, and does not perform identity verification. Consumer accounts and account activity happen on the consumer platform, not here.
2. How we use information
- To review your application and evaluate whether a Club AXO kiosk is a fit for your venue.
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, and communicate with you about the venue partner program.
- To send text messages about your application and the program, if and only if you have opted in (see Section 3).
- To prepare and administer a location agreement if we move forward together.
- To operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site.
- To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
3. Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on the application form, or otherwise ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from Club AXO at the mobile number you provide. Those messages will be about your kiosk application, scheduling, follow-up questions, and the venue partner program.
Consent is optional. You do not have to agree to text messages to submit an application or to work with us. We will still contact you by phone or email.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us at partners@axoblitz.com.
No sharing for marketing. Mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It will only be shared with service providers that help us send messages, and only for that purpose.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, customer relationship management, email delivery, text messaging delivery, scheduling tools and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Affiliated operators. Kiosks are placed and serviced through Club AXO and its authorized operators. If your venue is in an area served by an authorized operator, we may share your application with that operator so they can contact you about placement and servicing. This is part of evaluating and fulfilling your application, not third-party marketing.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
- Business transfers. If Club AXO is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
5. How long we keep information
We keep application and inquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your application and, if you become a venue partner, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law or our agreements. If we do not move forward together, we may retain your information for a reasonable period in case you reach out again, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see Section 8.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Site may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies to remember your preferences and to understand how the Site is used. We may use privacy-respecting analytics that count page views without identifying you. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site features. We do not currently respond to 'Do Not Track' signals, but we do not use cross-site tracking for advertising.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive financial information through the form.
8. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email partners@axoblitz.com from the address you provided and we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal retention requirements.
- Text messages. Reply STOP at any time. See Section 3.
- Email. Follow the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email, or contact us. We may still send you transactional messages about a pending application or an active agreement.
- State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at partners@axoblitz.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Age
The Site and the venue partner program are for businesses and adults. The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The Club AXO consumer platform is for adults only and has its own age requirements.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including scheduling tools and the Club AXO consumer platform. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this Policy does not apply to them.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Policy.
